I will be again speaking at the Perth Writers Festival this year. Come along to a session with Frank Moorhouse, Favel Parrett, Julianne Schulz and myself on Saturday 25 February from 5-6pm. We’ll be discussing how writing short forms is so valuable in developing significant works of greater length. I’m also chairing two sessions on Friday 24th February: “Pants on Fire” with David Brooks, Wayne McCauley and Malcolm Knox, in which we discuss big lies and self deception from 9.30-10.30am; and “Stories that Spill out from Real Experiences” with Craig Sherbourne, Michael Sala and Favel Parrett from 12.30-1.30pm.
